Draper Lake Coastal Village is a private gated community made up of two beautifully wooded peninsulas separated by a tributary to Draper Lake, one of several coastal dune lakes found along 30A. Draper Lake is right on the Gulf of Mexico, and the community land within the first 100 feet from the lake’s edge is protected from development. The community is made up of 96 lots including two pools, boat houses providing access to Draper Lake and the Gulf, and a 48-foot observation tower. Pedestrian hiking trails provide access to the water winding through unique flora and fauna, and beautiful oak and pine forests. The architecture is designed in the tradition of the Adirondacks and other mountain villages and retreats.
