Rosemary Beach was named for the native rosemary herb that grows wild in the area. Founded in 1995, it was built on the principles of New Urbanism and Traditional Neighborhood Development. Rosemary Beach is a 107-acre Gulf front beach town with architecture reminiscent of St. Augustine, New Orleans, and Charleston. The town center offers restaurants, shops, a post office, town hall, and a bocce ball green space all within easy walking distance of the residences. Its pristine grounds and village type architecture make Rosemary Beach a wonderful place to call home.
