This 499-acre Southern resort is actually made up of 4 distinct areas, each with different amenities catering to both adults and kids. Phase 2 is full of things to do. It’s home to Camp Watercolor, which is staffed with trained professionals who provide daily activities for the kids, including swimming, movies, board games, and much more. There’s also a full-sized soccer field for games and events, night-time movies, and volleyball. There’s also a basketball court and full-sized swimming pool that’s heated year-round with a lap pool for exercise. Watercolor Crossings is easily accessible, and includes a Publix, liquor store, and Pizza by the Sea. Homes range from about $750 to just under $3 million.

Phase 3 is known for larger home sites, popular for those looking for larger homes and option to have a private swimming pool. It’s also known for the community “Frog Pool”, which boasts beautiful ceramic frogs that spray water across the entire pool. There is also a large green space by the pool, perfect for playing with the kids, the dog, or just enjoying the swing sets on a beautiful day. The Pedestrian Bridge, lined with colored glass cat tails, crosses over Western Lake and connects Phase 1 and 3 together. Homes range from roughly $1.1 to over $4 million.

Phase 4 is located on the East side of Highway 395, and is home to quite a few full-time residents as it’s a little more private. Amenities include the Dragonfly pool, which has grilling facilities for family cookouts. Homes range from the low $700’s to just under $1.7 million.
